Eugenio E. De Vita, P.E.    Principal

Partner/General Manager: Responsible for company corporate affairs, internal management of staff and coordination of all civil/structural and architectural design. Over twenty years of design and management in the fine chemical, polymer and, pharmaceutical industries.   Technical expertise in  architectural, civil and structural engineering.  Experience includes all aspects of structural design including blast walls, clean room and facilities which meet pharmaceutical cGMP standards.

William T. Higgins                Principal

Partner/ Manager of Operations: Responsible for supervision of engineering and design activities, preparation of engineering cost estimates, construction and engineering schedules and overall technical management of engineering resources.  Work includes a broad range of process operations and consulting in addition to project management through construction of ChemTech’s most significant projects. Twenty years of experience in process/project engineering and design.  Performed all aspects of technical design and project management.

Brian Stevens                         Project Manager Loss Evaluations

Mr. Stevens is responsible for loss evaluation projects. He has experience in the insurance industry as a Project/Electrical Engineer for the evaluation of property damage in the following industries: Chemical Production Plants, Sheet Metal Plating, Telecommunication (Inside and Outside Plant), Television Broadcast Facilities, Public Water Filtration Plant and High Rise Building Infer structures.  Some of his responsibilities include performing material take-offs on site after a loss has occurred, estimating the electrical costs to restore the property to pre-disaster conditions, the evaluation of claims submitted, being a liaison between the Insurance company and the client as well as acting as project coordinator with the adjustment team. Additionally, he is responsible for the design, installation and start-up of industrial control and electrical systems for chemical, plastic and pharmaceutical facilities.  He is proficient at the selection of power transmission equipment, motor control centers, conduit/wiring sizing and routing, panel design, termination and loop schematics, specification of PLC and instrument hardware and pharmaceutical validation documentation and start-up services. 

Paul Perkins                           Process/Project Manager

Mr. Perkins has over forty years experience in chemical and pharmaceutical process plant design, project management, and start-up operations.  Over ten years of this experience is in the direct management of complete projects ranging to over $20MM in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, involving job scoping, scheduling, supervision of complete process design.  He is also responsible for mechanical, piping, civil/structural, and instrument and electrical design, preparation of equipment specifications, full interfacing with potential and selected vendors and suppliers, and bidding of subcontracts for plant construction and equipment and piping installation.

Willis Hiscock                        Process Manager

Mr. Hiscock is a process engineer/manager for pharmaceutical, organic chemical and utility systems.  He is responsible for all aspects of process, mechanical system design and constructability.  His work includes development of PFD’s, P&I diagrams, heat and material balances, process control, equipment specifications and utility flow diagrams.  He is proficient at performing process studies, technology evaluations and air emissions control.  His process design experience includes, bulk pharmaceutical production, pharmaceutical production facility vent abatement, pharmaceutical pilot plant and semi-works facilities, engineering polymer production facility expansions, relocation and consolidation of specialty engineering resins and fibers semi-works facilities.

Rose De Vita                             Process/Environmental Engineer

Ms. De Vita has over twenty years of experience in process engineering involving polymer processes and finishing, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing facilities.  She has done work in the development, design and documentation of pharmaceutical, polymer and bulk chemical mechanical and control systems.  She has developed computerized environmental models that calculate plant air, particulate and fugitive emissions.

Edward Ryan                                 Project Manager

Mr. Ryan has over 39 years of proven engineering, design and construction experience on domestic and international projects in the process, industrial and commercial industries. 

David Roman                             Lead Electrical Engineer

Mr. Roman has over twenty years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.  His assignments have included diverse electrical work on many different projects for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.  His responsibilities include preparation of design, installation, and testing specifications, preparation of plans and specifications for the classification of hazardous areas and the design of primary and secondary distribution systems including power, lighting, grounding, signaling, instrumentation, and control systems.  He is responsible for the production of all electrical drawings using AutoCAD, including automatic generation of one-line diagrams, motor elementary diagrams, and instrument loop diagrams.  Additionally he prepares equipment and material requisitions including the engineering and quality analysis of quotes and the review and approval of vendor drawings.

Robert Fekete                              Lead Instrument Engineer

Mr. Fekete has over twenty-five years of project responsibility for engineering design, electrical and I/O interface design application programming, system configuration, plant simulation, system installation, operator training and commissioning of facilities for complete plant automation utilizing computerized control systems. His experience has specific emphasis on applications for batch processes.

Michael Arvoy                             Lead Mechanical/Piping Design Engineer

Mike is a Mechanical/Piping Design Engineer with thirty years experience in project coordination, design and layout of equipment, piping, and automation systems for major chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing facilities. He has expertise in areas such as managing multiple, complex projects that require attention to detail and superior organizational skills. He also has over 10 years of experience using computer-aided design.

Nancy Wilkins                             Office Manager

Ms. Wilkins is responsible for human resources, office operations and account receivables and payables.
